My name
is Mark Behnken and I am a San Francisco born and current Bay Area
resident. I am passionate about technology and I
thoroughly enjoy sharing my knowledge and love for computers
with others.
I have
been working in the computer service industry for many
years and I currently along side running this site
work a full time
job as an IT service provider.

Provide IT coordination to over fifty
accounting professionals in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Besides being the only IT support person stationed in the Firm's SF office, I
do work very closely with an IT team across eight offices and
support over eight hundred accounting professionals via phone
and remote assistance.

Provided computer support for AT&T sales
executives; troubleshooting
numerous computer software and hardware related issues, resolving client issues in-person and via
remote assistance, and much more.

Maintained networked computer workstations, performed network troubleshooting, upgraded and built custom
workstations, and assisted staff with numerous IT projects.
